providing Hungarian mortgages to UK investors. Hungarian mortgages
are very different from the UK, though through our existing agreements
with several Hungarian Banks, we are able to provide you with an
80% LTV mortgage that suits your individual needs. We have offices
in both the UK and Budapest, with our Hungarian office speaking
both Hungarian and English fluently. We also have professional contacts
in both the Legal and Accountancy fields, in Budapest and the UK
to facilitate your purchase, should you require them.
Our specialist advisors will guide
and advise you through the whole process, explaining the benefits
and drawbacks of each type of mortgage, whether it be a personal
mortgage or a mortgage through a Hungarian company (as an individual
is only allowed to purchase 2 properties before Hungarian law demands
that you set up a Hungarian company in order to purchase any further
properties). We will explain and advise you through the different
currencies available - Forint (HUF), Swiss Franc and Euro as well
as the different interest rates associated with each. As the Hungarian
mortgage process is very different to that in the UK we will advise
you on the advantages and disadvantages on Leaseback mortgages as
